Booking with deposit (non refundable)

The booking is confirmed when the payment of a deposit equal to the 50% of the total amount is settled. The payment can be done with credit card or with a bank transfer. The rest of the stay (50%) has to be paid at the arrival day. Your booking is binding and must be paid in full even in case of anticipated departure.

The best formula to save on your stay: the booking is confirmed when the payment of the whole stay is settled. The payment can be done with credit card or with a bank transfer. in case of cancellation we cannot reimburse the payment.

We would like to inform our valued clients that according to article n.12 of d.l.n.201 of 2011, starting from 06.12.2011, we cannot accept payment by cash for amounts exceeding 4999,00 euro.

Useful info

Tourist tax: The tax of € 1,50 per night is due for each person staying at the facility for a maximum of ten consecutive nights. children under 14 years old are excluded.

Check in: from 16:00 to 19:00. Possible arrivals out of scheduled time have to be previously communicated with an e-mail or by telephone

Check out: latest at 9:30 (we charge one day for late check out).

At the arrival: We require the final payment of the stay and a € 100 caution, which will be returned on the departure day.

At the departure: The apartments must be left in the same conditions as you have found them, otherwise we will be allowed to keep your caution. In case of departures out of reception time, caution will be reimbursed through bank transfer.

Cancellation policy: In case of booking cancellation we are allowed by law to keep the payment of the deposit. The booking is binding and has to be paid in full even in case of anticipated departure.
